David Dissake
David founded Evergreen after a career spanning commercial leadership, procurement, operations and business management across infrastructure, energy, construction and marine environments.
His work has centred on complex, operationally critical settings. He has led commercial and procurement activity, negotiated important business arrangements and worked with specialist suppliers, customers and other stakeholders where delivery, risk and long-term relationships all matter.
His experience includes acquisitions and M&A-related work, alongside the commercial assessment, negotiation and operational considerations that support long-term outcomes.
That combination led him to fire protection, life safety and compliance: essential sectors where reputation is earned through technical standards, dependable service and the trust built between people over many years.
Evergreen brings those strands together. David is building the company as an identifiable, founder-led owner and intends to draw on an established professional network of advisers, specialists and industry contacts as it grows.
